Both hotels are aware of the government/military nature of the conference and are prepared to offer per diem rates.  Please note that the reception on Wednesday evening will be at the Courtyard hotel in Bellevue.

Directions to the Dougherty Conference Center

From Eppley Airfield:
Take US-75 South toward Bellevue
Follow US-75 S, I-480 S & US-75 to Capehart Road
Continue East on Capehart Road toward SAC/USSTRATCOM Gate to Offutt Air Force Base
Using left most regular gate lanes, show license and say you are here for the Operational Law Conference. You are on the EAL list.  Do not use the Visitors lane to the right hand side.
Follow SAC Boulevard as it curves to the left. Patriot Club and Dougherty Conference Center will be on your left following the curve and stoplight, immediately across the street from USSTRATCOM.

From Bellevue/Papillion (Hotel)
Take 36th Street South to Capehart Road (you will cross Highway 370)
Turn left (East) on Capehart Road
Continue East on Capehart Road toward SAC/USSTRATCOM Gate to Offutt Air Force Base

Follow SAC Boulevard as it curves to the left. Patriot Club and Dougherty Conference Center will be on your left following the curve and stoplight, immediately across the street from USSTRATCOM.

For GPS, use the Patriot Club as your destination – it is recognized by major map services and is right next door to the Dougherty.

Parking Information
Parking is available directly in front of the Dougherty, or across the street in the large USSTRATCOM lot (return to the stoplight you passed and go east to the parking lot).
